Has been crocheting and making other such crafts since a young age. As an adult I realized how much people love these types of products, so I decided to start selling them. I use a combination of purchased patterns and making up my own.
Also went to college for Computer Graphic Design. I like to say that, if it can be designed, I can certainly try making it!

Responsible for answering calls from card holders who wanted to book flights, hotels, and cars weather with points or their respective cards. Also responsible, while with Orbitz, for assisting in modifying those reservations or assisting when changes had happened due to weather or schedule changes. Also responsible for educating the card holders in the benefits of their respective cards.

Worked for one and a half years as wait staff. Responsible for prepping and cleaning dining rooms and kitchen. Also responsible for taking food orders, plating them, and bringing them out to the residents. Another responsibility was to memorize all health concerns of residents as to make sure they didn't accidentally order something that could harm them. Also worked for another one and a half years as Head Waitress/Shift Lead. Responsible for all wait staff, dishwashers, and cooks and making sure they got their jobs done, or took their place if we were short-handed. Oversaw the entire kitchen and all dining rooms as well as the bar.
Learned how to manage other employees, how to manage a kitchen, bar, and dining room, and how to de-escalate residents'/coworkers' problems. Was frequently asked to be a personal waitress for guests looking to have their parents stay at our location, in a private dining area, or ones who wanted to have a private party. Both of these things were very important jobs to the facility as it could make or break a resident staying with us. Was also frequently asked to bar-tend at the resident's bar and to serve at the banquets that were held for the public.
